SRACA WA congratulates Leanne Bunter, the Inuageral winner of the Teressa Normington scholarship, on accepting her award Leanne said “To be the Winner of the Teresa Nomination Scholarship is a real honour. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to meet Teresa but I’ve heard so much about her passion for education within our industry.As the winner of the 1st Teresa Nomination Scholarship, I hope to do Teresa’s memory proud. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to attend a world congress & return to share all I’ve learned, thank you.”

Leanne is from Geraldton in rural Western Australia, and is looking forward to the opportunity to attend the WFHSS World Sterilization Congress in 2026.
